Experience
I wish to be a tutor because I am knowledgeable in my chosen subjects. A couple of my close friends who also tutor when they are available recommended this site to me and suggested that I tutor in my spare time to teach others what I know for some additional income. I've been using and fixing computers since the later half of my childhood, and I am currently studying to earn my A+ and N+ CompTIA certifications, both of which cover computer hardware/software, and computer networking respectively. I'm confident that I can teach people who are willing to learn with me how to use their computers easily and effectively. I believe a computer is only as good as your skill, and that everyone has the potential to get better at using one, even if they can only click and type, if they are willing to get better at it or understand how it works. I have rudimentary experience in PHP and a few years experience in HTML and CSS from scratch as well as basic experience in web administration as a volunteer at GENI, a non-profit institute based in downtown San Diego.
